Data Protection Declaration
1. Controller
Amixy Suisse AG, Rue du Cendrier 24, 1201 Genève, Switzerland (CHE-451.595.959). For data protection enquiries, contact privacy@amixy.ch.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the website amixy.ch operated by Amixy Suisse AG. It explains which personal data we collect, how we process it, and what rights you have. This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name (required)
- Firm / organisation name
- Website / LinkedIn profile, if voluntarily provided
- Email address (required)
- Phone number
- Whom you represent (e.g., company, family office, infrastructure partner)
This website does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics services, or social media plugins. In addition to data you voluntarily submit through the contact form, the website may process limited technical request metadata for security, rate limiting, service integrity, and server operation. Where practical, security logs use hashed identifiers rather than raw IP or email addresses and are not used for marketing or profiling.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry regarding the ECA (Energy and Compute Allocation), assess through a purely manual review process whether a collaboration may be possible, and operate the security controls protecting the contact form. No automated decision-making or profiling is conducted. Your data is not used for marketing or any purpose beyond responding to your specific request and maintaining the integrity of the website.
5. Legal Basis
Under Swiss law (Art. 31 nDSG): your explicit consent provided via the contact form checkbox. Under EU law (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@amixy.ch.
6. Data Recipients
Your personal data may be shared with the following parties, exclusively for the purposes described:
- Amixy Suisse AG internal teams: the team responsible for client and partner relations, for assessing and responding to your enquiry.
- bonnefouspartners (Geneva): Our compliance and audit partner, where required for regulatory verification purposes. bonnefouspartners is bound by professional confidentiality obligations under Swiss law.
- Website hosting and email infrastructure providers: Acting on our behalf for secure website operation, form delivery, email transmission, logging, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party for their own purposes.
7. Data Storage and Location
For production deployment, the public website is operated on Swiss-hosted infrastructure. Contact-form submissions are processed through AMIXY-controlled website infrastructure and the public website does not store contact enquiries in a website database or integrate with the AMIXY Review Room / data room backend. Operational security logs and rate-limit records are kept separately from public content and are restricted from web access. Email delivery and any subsequent enquiry handling must use AMIXY-approved infrastructure consistent with this Privacy Policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and fulfil any resulting business relationship. If no engagement results, your data will be deleted within 90 days of your initial enquiry unless a longer retention is required by Swiss regulatory obligations. Security and rate-limit logs are retained only as long as required for operational security and troubleshooting.
9. External Services
This website uses locally hosted fonts served from AMIXY-controlled website infrastructure. Font files are not loaded from external font providers. The website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, social media plugins, or browser-side third-party market data APIs. Market reference data displayed on the website, where used, is requested server-side through AMIXY infrastructure and cached before presentation; visitors' browsers do not connect directly to those market data providers. External websites such as LinkedIn or Zefix are contacted only if you choose to open those links.
10. Your Rights
Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: You may request information about whether and which personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to data portability: You may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You may file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB) or, if applicable, your local EU supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@amixy.ch.
